Cry from the Deep, The Sinking of the Kursk by Ramsey Flynn

This is the best of historical books as it starts from the beginning and continues through the end. None of this flash forward, this is what will happen, nonsense. But a fearful telling of the anticipation, the reasons, the people, the timeline, the aftermath. A heartbreaking tale of national pride taking preference over peoples lives. All countries must feel compelled to show only their strengths, but sometimes, knowing your limits and accepting help gracefully is a strength well served.
