Yeah, its light reading, but it is a good introduction to the concepts of the Theory of Constraints. I think its worth re-reading for the concepts, and its convinced me to track down the more serious and scholarly work its based on.

This book definitely takes you one step further towards understanding how powerful the Theory of Constraints is. With this book, Goldratt started tying together how to go about including this tool into everyday business situations.

The "business novel" writing style is a good way to learn new concepts and enjoy a good story at the same time. As a project manager, I found the theory of constraints to be a new and provocative idea to this profession. You'll like how it makes you think!
