I'm beginning to find that a lot of the older authors I used to read all the time have now become the ones I like the least.
I had high hopes for this when it started but it didn't take long to figure out what was going on and I started skipping and skimming because the plot was unbelievable and strange.
I'd call it more of a paranormal type story and I don't usually read anything like that.

I would agree, not the best book. I knew what was happening from the beginning but kept reading. Not a book to draw you in but still an ok read. Would not give any rave reviews. Would anyone else agree of the mirror of Priss' real life to Ian's?
I've read all of this author's books and enjoyed the first ones very much. But the last few seem to be going in a weird direction. After reading In The Blood and this one, I think I need a break...
