This is a sweet, warm hearted Christmas story about the wealthy ranch owner who prizes his solitude being won over by his widowed neighbor with 4 young children. Her active boys and sweet toddler girl break through his defenses and her 5 star cooking saves his business deal. Along the way he comes to value the noise and love that comes with a family. Predictable but charming.

Cute story! I'm a sucker for stories where the guy is tough and urbane and then realizes something is missing from his life -- namely love and the chaos of kids. Worth a read.

Ya know... I just started reading this series, and normally don't even bother commenting on these types of books; but I have to say this one was a REALLY good one. I fell in love with all of the characters. Excellent Christmas book! 5 stars.
