Apart from articles and prepositions and a few common verbs, Mark Leyner repeats very few words in this book (by my counting). That gives you an idea of how raucous and bold this constantly branching story is. Pretty entertaining in an obviously nontraditional way.
Not for everyone, but one of the smartest and most creative guys I knew recommended this one and it's a RIDE.
