I thought this book would be more like a Q & A type of thing . . . it did address some situations, but there was a lot of things like "the traditional "garden variety family . . . we hold the responsibility and priviledge of nurturing and nourishing the fragile buds of our society's emerging hybrid family" and "in our quest for wholeness, become quiet and ask the wisdom of your heart to lead you as you seek to illuminate your unique shadow self." Not really my cup of tea - thought it would be more straightforward. I did learn a few tips, but I would say this book was "good" - not "great".
