Sort of an erotic Futuristic/Urban fantasy. The U.S. is now called Ida-Regon, and we are at war with Canada and Mexico, after the Hanta plague. And, we are not the good guys. As a reward, war hero Sgt Cameron was made chief disciplinarian at a women's prison. Crazy story. Pretty much every woman in the book gets disciplined. This story is big on corporal punishment, very low on romance. Not a keeper for me.
