A very interesting tour and cook book. Lists national and international cooking schools for tourists and gives some of their recipes. Wonderful for arm chair travelers - useful for culinary type tourists.

I loved this book - not only does it give you lots of details, they also give prices and some recipes! Some of these culinary trips sound so dreamy...there are international including Asia and Europe and domestic. Lots of reviews and reference websites so you can plan a fantastic trip! Pictures too!
