If you have a little one that is into construction, large machines and such they will love this book. The book walks you through the process of constructing a building. Begins with a construction excavator (for the foundation), discusses role of the architect and engineer with building plans, concrete formation and reinforcement, crane operation, and different jobs of all work persons on the site. Even has a section on ship building. Really an excellent book...we've just outgrown it.

Very cute book! My little boys loved this book that is full of tractor pictures. It has some clear pages like the rest of the Discovery Series.
