Very interesting read bout how government bends the rules to meet it's needs.

After a year of having started this book and then it just sitting there, I realized I just wasn't interested in finishing it. It's overly redundant, full of stories that show injustices, and mostly just page fillers. Read it if you love political soap opera stuff, but avoid it if you have better things to worry about.

This is a powerful book, not a fast easy read but more then worth while reading. Frankly made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Quite an education reading it.
