Feehan does it again. Somehow she creates likable funny characters that keep you laughing throughout the book with their banter with one another while keeping you on the edge of your seat till the very end. Definitely worth the read.

Excellent read! Loved the passion and the storyline! Lots of action (both in and out of the bedroom!)

If you have not read the the first three 'Game' books, I really must suggest that you do before reading this book. Of course they all stand alone, but in order to get the feel of the whole series, read the first three. You'll be so glad you did. These books are just decadent!!!

This is the fourth book in a series. I read it first, and i am currentlt looking for the others. If was hard to put down. Its been a long time sence I have read a book that held my interest that strongly.I read a lot and get bored with the same old thing. Trust me this is not boring.

This was the first book I read in the Ghostwalkers series and I was taken with the ingenuity of the mythology created by the author. When I read the next one, I wasn't as impressed since the plot was very similar. I would probably read another one -- but I'd wait awhile between.

2.5 stars. Style-wise I would swear this is a Lora Leigh book it is so very similar except Lora Leigh uses an editor and Christine Feehan obviously does not. I read a Carpathians book by Christine Feehan and told myself I'd never read another of her books it was so awful. I read this because I want to read the next book, Deadly Game, and learned that you need to read this story first for the next to make any sense. I'm glad I gave this a try. The writing is not great but the story is entertaining and sexy.
The story? Has it's moments. The romance? Meh. The sex? Steamy but written by someone who obviously believes in the g-spot. He's definitely a dominant and she a submissive, but his behavior out of the bedroom borders on bullying. Feehan does explain, and show, how the heroine can accept this in him. The revelations about other characters, the interaction between the twin brothers? Great reading and often funny.
My biggest gripe about the book is that we have a heroine who loses her virginity sitting on a railing leaning against a wall. She experiences almost no pain and has an instant g-spot orgasm. Whenever I read stuff like that I wonder if the writer is a man because no woman has ever lost her virginity with that much pleasure. Furthermore, the author can't keep track of where anyone is located in that scene, first she's against a wall, then there is some kind of railing, then maybe they're on the floor. Stuff like that happens throughout the book. It's confusing and takes you out of the story, reading back pages to figure out how they suddenly got in a bed when a minute ago they were standing by the door.
The heroine is a circus performer. Yeah. And they meet while she is in the CONGO performing circus acts at a music festival. In the Congo. And suddenly there is a jungle - in the middle of Kinshasa. Which is a huge city. And her brother is a former navy SEAL who has left the military to perform in the circus. In the Congo. Yeah.
A final complaint about the book is the obvious lack of editing. "Their" instead of "there", the continuity issues, and the excessive diversions into really boring action - all could have been corrected with a decent editor.

Enjoyed the book, but I did skip over most of the romance/sex scenes. Sometimes the author would spend 3 - 4 pages describing "exactly" what the two main characters did to each other, and with what. Once I saw the pattern I would skip over a few pages until they finished and could move on.

I was really expecting these books to get alittle stale, but that is not the case. This is an intense, riviting adventure. The action was great, the romance was good and I am looking forward to the next one in fact I have already pre-ordered it.
Jack Norton is a Ghostwalker, his twin brother Ken is also a Ghostwalker. When Ken is captured on a mission, Jack goes in to save him and he is captured. Both men are tortured but Jack gets Ken out and then has to save himself. While trying to escape he finds an old friend and his family are with a circus in Africa. Jack is known for his ability to put his emotions, those he has, on hold and get the job done.
Briony is the sister of his friend. She is a trapese artist as well as her brothers. When she meets Jack they are immedately attracted. In fact it is the first time either has been so filled with these emotions. They know Jack has to leave, but he leaves in a very bad way, leaving Briony very hurt.
Two months later she finds she is pregnant, when she goes to her doctor he immedately tries to capture her and sedate her. She must fight her way out of his office. She knows she was adopted and now she realizes how she has been controlled and studied her whole life. Jack has mentioned Dr Whitney and now they are sure he is still alive. Her only safety can be with Jack.
When she tells Jack about the baby, they know someone orchestrated their meeting, and they know they have been geneticially created for each other. Dr Whitney has no intention of letting her or the special child she carries escape him.

Another installment in Feehan's Ghostwalker series. Loved it!!! Briony has Ghostwalker powers but has been raised in a circus family as an acrobat and her family thinks the doctor has just been helping her as a special needs adoption case. Jack and his brother are both Ghostwalkers and through machinations by Dr. Whitney, Briony ends up rescuing Jack.
This is an excellent book. I love all of the Ghostwalker series. I am looking forward the the next one.
I like this series!
This is a great series by Christine Feehan. It gets better with each book.
4th in the Ghost Walkers series. This story is Jack Norton and Briony's.

Another great book by Christine Feehan in the Conspiracy Game Series! I couldn't put it down. Can't wait for the next one, "Deadly Game."
Great book, wish I could find the other Ghostwalker books.
The Consipracy Game is about Jack Norton who is a GhostWalker, a genetically enhanced sniper. He was on a mission to rescue his brother Ken who was being help captive and being tortured.
Jack meets Briony who also shares the GhostWalker powers. She is one of the 12 little girls who Dr Whitney collected overseas in different orphanages and who experiment on when they were babies and who also is destined to be Jack Norton's mate.

Very good book, very fast pace, very hard to put down.
Great Read
This was a wonderful book; another Feehan masterpiece. I enjoyed the book from the very first page.
I love the entire series. My only issue with this book is that the hero's brother spent more time talking to the heroine than the hero did. I never felt like I got to know Jack.
As usual Christine Feehan does not disappoint. Awesome engrossing book. I couldnt put it down.
A good page turner. My husband loves this series and he read the whole book in a single night!
I loved this book. I am waiting for the next one in this series.
So far this is my favorite book in the Ghost Walkers series. Some of my previous questions have been answered but I now have new ones. Time to order the next book.

GhostWalker Jack Norton is a genetically enhanced telepathic sniper on a mission to rescue his brother in the jungles of the Congo. Then he meets Briony, a beautiful rebel on a mission of her own-and hiding secrets that a shadowy enemy would kill to discover.
excellent book! Continuation of the Ghost Walker stories. I can't wait unti the next one comes out!!!
4th book in the Ghosthunter series. This is Jack and Briony's story and it is great. Can't wait for the next, "Deadly Game" with Jack's twin Ken and Briony's twim Mari.
loved it -- can't wait for the next one!!

Like all of Christine Feehan's books this was a great read. I like all of the Ghostwalker books but this is one of my favorites. You can't go wrong in reading this book.
Great! Can't wait for the next one.....
Enjoyed it and waiting on the next one!!
4th in ghostwalker series wonderful
One of her best. Read it in a day because I couldn't put it down.
I've enjoyed many of Christine Feehan's Dark/Carpathian series. This was my first in the Game series and it was phenomenal! A departure from the Dark/Carpathian series, Christine's Conspiracy Game is packed with adventure, riveting characters, end-of-your-seat thrills. I enjoyed reading this book to the end. Now I'm running to get Deadly Game so I can read Ken (loved him in Conspiracy Game) and Mari's story - and hopefully more of Jack and Briony.
I read all the books in this series am wishing for more. Since there are references to the various characters in the book series, I found myself re-reading the stories to gain better understanding, but it isn't necessary since each story can stand alone.
Love this series
very good, I really like this series
SO GOOD I AM ACTUALLY NOW READING BOOK 10- SAMURAI GAME.
I am really enjoying this series. I love the action and romance in this particular book. This story really amps up the psychotic nature of Dr. Whitney and his experiments. It's like watching an awesome action movie with really great love scenes!
Jack Norton is an interesting character. Briony is his perfect match. Awesome book!
Another book in the GhostWalkers series. All these stories can stand alone or be read in any order of the series. These are stories of honor, courage, love, patriotism and brother/sisterhood in the face of madness and deceit; conspiracy and lies. These are excellently written as are all Christine Feehans books. Her attention to detail and facts is outstanding and it's clear that she does her research. These book are rather graphic sexually and not for the younger ones. Overall, the entire series is excellent but more for the mature adult.
My favorite of the Ghostwalker Series, just something about Jack Norton that I fell in love with! A must read!!
The best series IMHO by C. Feehan!!! These have great characters w/wonderful paraormal attributes. I'd love to be able to do some of the things they do w/their minds!

So far, IMO, this is the BEST GhostWalker story yet! I loved how it got right to the point; the story kept moving along and didn't drag and stayed exciting. The chapters weren't as long as the others, which made it nice to read before bed. HOWEVER, the book was FILLED with grammatical errors! I was very surprised that this still happens, and found it super annoying. Maybe it was just my copy? And, I'm also an editor/copywriter by trade, so perhaps I am more sensitive to that than most people. In conclusion, aside from the errors, this book is better than the previous three! Hopefully, the series stays on this path :)
