I typically stay away from books with a twin theme, but I liked this one. I enjoyed reading of Jonathon's redemption. I liked reading about Serena/Meg. It was nicely paced/plotted with good secondary characters.

I was intrigued by the plot but was sorely disappointed with the compromises the characters had to live with. An average read, and it certainly doesn't make me want to follow up with the rest of the series. 3 stars.

I did not care for this one as much as the second Donovan book(Secrets of an Accidental Duchess). The plot premise of one twin masquerading as the other just didn't feel plausible, although I know it's been done before. In this case the deception was carried too far, and it kind of spoiled my sympathy for the heroine.
