This is military SF, space opera of a very fine type.

This edition brings together the two previously published titles in the "Valor" series: Valor's Choice and the Better Part of Valor.
This is a great series if you like action sci-fi with a strong heroine. I've read them all and enjoyed all of them.
Very good, as far as military sci-fi is concerned. Huff is an excellent writer.
