This is a cautionary tale for those of us yearn for real estate in the latest "Paradise for sale" bubble. Also detailed is the abdication of responsibility by those we put our trust in. This 1977 work of MacDonalds' is up to his high standard of craftmanship and builds to a climax that makes one cringe. Very good, very scarey stuff.
