A special feature of the work is to be found in the fact that every noun and a few adjectives of frequent occurrence are provided with subtitles arranged in alphabetical order. Chapter subtitles, headings, and titles of poems; as well as scriptural quotations are indexed in two appendices. In addition, the compiler's preface gives particular note to the indexing of passages quoted from other authors, church documents, proper names, dates, values, numbers, hours, page numbers, and title phrases.« less
