Originally presented in 1967 this is now a classic and well worth using. The author is an American transplanted to Mexico and loves the cooking as only an adult devotee can.

Sampling of recipes [all have Mexican name, I'll use the English]: Enchiladas with Mole Sauce; Fish in Filbert Sauce; Chicken with Chipotle Sauce; Barbecue Consomme; Stuffed Chayote; Easy Milk Candy; and a lot more.
