Really liked this book, it had some great ideas/formulas on lots of stuff from bug deterants to oils to use while pregant, however, the oils can be kinda spendy esp. if you have to buy a few at one time. I used a few "recipes" then put it on the shelf never to be picked up again.

Really useful book for anyone wanting to make their own aromatherapy oils. Very simple and easy to use. All kinds of recipes (more than 600) for all kinds of uses.
