The student should strive to maintain rhythmic precision throughout each exercise, and after gaining control should compose their own comping patterns. Comping Styles for Guitar Volume 2 Funk is a collection of 36 different progressions that are presented in funk style, using the chord progressions found in the Chord Workbook for Guitar Volume One. Includes a CD which gives you these progressions in a trio setting of Guitar, Bass and Drums; a crucial learning tool for interacting with a rhythm section. All examples are presented in regular staff notation. This is a highly challenging but rewarding workout. Table of Contents
