Few books will sit on the same shelf with this one. I have read many that carries you along with the story as this one does, but few that have a unforeseen ending as this one does. A GREAT READ. THANKS STEVE!!
I love unpredictable endings, a true mystery until the end. I like all the characters, the bad characters are deliciously bad. Paul Madriani, Atty. main character is flawed but totally redeemable. Hard to put down so I just took the book everywhere I went!

One of the best mysteries I've read, didn't guess the end.
There is a compelling reason to read compelling evidence. It is superb. An excellent courtroom thriller.
In the tradition of great courtroom dramas, Steve Martini's COMPELLING EVIDENCE is a taut, tense tale that you simply can not put down.
Fast paced courtroom thriller about a defense attorney defending an ex-lover accused of killing her husband, despite the victim being the lawyer's boss & mentor.
Another great one! An attorney defending his mentor's wife for murdering his mentor! Packs a wallop!!!!
Nice ending . At times, too much rambling on issues unrelated to what is occurring within the story at that time.
Ben Potter, successful lawyer and possible U. S. Supreme Court nominee, is found dead in his office -- suicide or murder? All of the police evidence points to foul play, and his beautiful young wife, Talia, stands trial for a crime she claims she didn't commit -- or did she? Paul Madriani defends Talia, but, in doing so, exposes a part of his own life that he would like to forget.
This gripping, fast-paced novel will hold your attention from beginning to startling conclusion.
