I usually don't rate books, but as a recent widow, I have to talk about this one. It is the best book I have found for those who are grieving. It is honest, sincere and goes right to heart of all that we are all feeling. It covers the hurts, anger, memories, despair and some smiles that we all go through as we try to become the changed people that we must become. I've given the book to two grief support group's libraries for others to
use.

After the death of my son I read this book. It is one of the best grief books I have read. Stephanie puts words to the true emotions that are so difficult to discribe. There is profound comfort in finding the right words. I highly recommend this book. Give it to someone who has experienced the loss of a spouse or child.

A must for anyone who has lost a close loved one. This book helped me understand my own confused/scared/dispondent emotions after the sudden death of my husband. It was so full of honesty, when all the other grief books seemed to be full of emotionless platitudes. This is the only grief book that I could even relate to.
