I usually don't rate books, but as a recent widow, I have to talk about this one. It is the best book I have found for those who are grieving. It is honest, sincere and goes right to heart of all that we are all feeling. It covers the hurts, anger, memories, despair and some smiles that we all go through as we try to become the changed people that we must become. I've given the book to two grief support group's libraries for others to

The only book I didn't HATE on grief after my best friend died. It's a true look at what happens not the pretty made for lifetime stuff
