Not really a very good storyteller. It's mostly a sociology book, he's not too concerned with the events that took place. He doesn't have a map of the area, and he has an irritating habit of sometimes giving the date (August 30th) and sometimes the day of the week. He did do a pretty good overview of the history of FEMA.
