Cute preschool book about colors. The story is about two cats who are mixing colors to paint the world.
While the color kittens are trying to make green paint, their mixing leads to pink, orange, and purple. Very cute books about colors and how they mix to become new colors.
This is the same story, by Margaret Wise Brown, as I grew up with, but --disappointly to me-- the illustrations have changed with the 1994 edition of the book. I was surprised that anybody would want to change the illustrations. But some folks will like these, I'm sure. It is a cute story for children to learn their colors with, at any rate. :>)
