A world class gem cutter tries to find why and what happened to her brother as he was being a courier for some rare gems she had cut. The FBI is investigating a conspiracy of stolen gems, she stumbles into this, and with the help of FBI agent Sam Groves she discovers what has happened to her brother, and stumbles into a conspiracy.
This was a fun read. Taught me things about the gem world. Lowell is a good writer and knows how to keep the interest going!
