While I don't think it's so simple as to classify people into 4 different "types" (or even combinations of these types), I found this book insightful overall. The four basic colors are red, blue, yellow, white (as indicated on the cover). While a book would normally list each personality with "strengths" and "weaknesses", the author seems to have committed himself to explaining the types, rather than making comparisons. It is a bit difficult to explain without reading it for oneself. This is worth a read if one finds oneself just completely lost when dealing with certain people.
