I really have enjoyed this series, The Camel Club is just a wonderful group of real characters. This is by far the best of them that I've read. If you haven't read any of them, it's well worth your time. But be sure and start with the first one so the characters will be developed. Absolutely great.

Wow, another great novel from Mr. Baldacci! Brings back the crew from The Camel Club, and throws in for good measure a smart and stunning con artist named Annabelle. Very suspenseful read blends murder, forgery, national security, and, yes, a good dose of humor besides ... even if you haven't read The Camel Club {Why the heck not?? It's terrific, too!!} you'll still enjoy The Collectors.

These "Camel Club" books are fascinating. I always learn so much when I read them. As well as, having a good escape into another world with which I am totally unfamiliar. Excellent writer!

Many subplots going at once that eventually tie in and overlap. The ending is wide open for the next book, which annoys me because I like for things to END. However, I really enjoyed it and lovers of James Patterson, John Grisham, and Steve Martini will surely enjoy this read as well.

This is a sequel to the Camel Club. Oliver Stone and his Camel Club become dangerously involved in the highest level of spying, quite by chance. Exciting from the beginning to the end...if you love action, mystery and betrayal, you'll be engrossed in this book.
I love how Baldacci structures the plot and story. If you're into mystery thrillers involving the government and politics, you will love this book.

This was a great read, I didn't want to put it down! It uses the same characters from The Camel Club and introduces another character that will probably be used in a future book.

A wonderful, fast-paced book by David Baldacci. It keeps you guessing as to what will happen and how they will figure out who is the culprit. Great read!

Another enjoying book by Baldacci. This is the sequel to The Camel Club. It leaves you hanging somewhat at the end and I am hopeful that the next in the series answers some questions about our newest "member" of the club. Also missed Adelphia, only one quick refernce to her. Hoping she is also in the next book. Always a good read when you celect a Baldacci book.

Meet the Camel Club, a group of eccentric men with mysterious pasts who make it their mission to find out whats really going on behind the closed doors of Americas leaders. The speaker of the house is assasinated and the Camel Club finds that the director of the Library of Congress' death was not an accident and may be related. A great story of high-stakes espionage that threatens to bring America to its knees. Even if you hate politics you will love this book.

In Washington, D.C., where power is everything and too few have too much of it, four highly eccentric men with mysterious pasts call themselves The Camel Club. Their mission: find out what's really going on behind the closed doors of America's leaders.
The assassination of U.S. Speaker of the House has shaken the nation. And the outrageous iconoclasts of the Camel Club have found a chilling connection with another death: the demise of the director of the Library of Congress's rare books room, whose body has been found in a locked vault where seemingly nothing could have harmed him.
A man who calls himself Oliver Stone is the group's unofficial leader. Staying one step ahead of his violent past and headquartered in a caretaker's cottage in Mt. Zion Cemetary, Stone, drawing on his vast experience and accute deductive powers, discovers that someone is selling America to it's enemies one classified secret at a time. When Annabelle Conroy, the greatest con-artist of her generation, struts onto the scene in high-helled boots, the Camel Club gets a sexy new edge. And they'll need it, because the two murders are hurtling them into a world of high stakes espionage that threatenes to bring America to it's knees.

Great reading as a series or byitself. Best to read the series!
Thoroughly enjoyed this one - better than The Camel Club. Couldn't figure out switching back and forth between two exciting storylines but about midway the author brought them together - a little anticlimatic but still a good read and now I'm looking for Stone Cold a continuation of the characters (series?)
Very much enjoyed this book, but all of David Balldacci's books are excellent!
Great book. Love getting to know the characters from The Camel Club better.
Enjoyed reading this, sometimes the characters were a little hard to follow, but overall enjoyed the story.
This is also an energetic and fun read, but seemed a bit more predictable than the first. However, I, again, picked up the next in the series quickly, anxious to read the next chapter in Annabelle Conroy's story.
This book was a great read which kept me up way past my bed time night after night. I highly recommend this book to any of those who like mystery thrillers.
It was a little predictable, though, with key information left out by the author until the very end. I would definitely give this 4 stars.

As all Baldacci books, intrigue & murder in a great story.
RUN TO THE BOOKSTORE. Get this book!! Find some credits, and swap for it. EXCELLENT!!!!! Baldacci has an excellent set of characters that I hope we get to enjoy vicariously for many years to come.
Another great book in David Baldacci's Camel Club series. Great character development, and he stays true to the characters throughout the series. A fun read.
Lots of twists and turns. A good read.
A Camel Club book with interesting characters and a good plot. The set up for further titles in this series is wonderful and leaves you wanting more of the story. David Baldacci rarely disappoints and he does not do so in this book either.

Great story! If you are a conspiracy theory nut, you'll love Baldacci!
Three story lines that merge into one - very well done - I enjoyed it.
Another good Camel Club book.
I had a hard time at first reading this book. For some reason I just could not connect, then the intrigue of the characters got to me and everything starts coming together. This book is a must read.
great read - looking forward to the next one!
I really enjoyed the first and this second book didn't disappoint me.
I like how baldacci manages to bring in a new character
with all the plot development needed for future books.
this time the original 4 are joined by the newest member
a secret service agent and the former wife of calabs boss
but she is not what you'd expect. you will have to read
to find out.
there are twists and turns that baldacci does so well.
a fun read, kept to the world they live in.
it's great to read about friends that trust each other so well.

An excellent follow up from David Baldacci's Camel Club!
Another Camel Club mystery. Excellent!! Baldaacci never disappoints.
Such an exciting book with so many different parts. It is based in D.c and the old virginia area where a group of friends who are also highly involved in the government are avenging the murder of their dear friend. The author does a good job at creating seperate story lines and then tying the characters to each other! Really good Read!
Exciting right off the bat, and continued throughout the whole book.
Annabelle is a beautiful stranger with a mysterious past, planning the heist of the century - two short cons to fund a long con, then a life of unashamed luxury, incognito in a foreign land. Unfortunately, however, things don't go according to plan. I liked the characters, the short chapters and the plot. A quick and easy read with some humor. The cons were enjoyable & Annabelle a favorite character. This 2nd book in series is highly recommended.
Good
Maybe it's me but I didn't enjoy this Camel Club book as much as the first. It was a fast read tho. Don't think I bonded with the characters or found them as interesting as I first did. Ah well. I think Baldacci can mass produce/publish too much and that isn't a good thing.
The characters were interesting. I found the rare book angle interesting. Better than The Camel Club.
I enjoyed it. I like the Camel Club series so far.
Baldacci is one of my favorite authors. His stories are off the beaten path and keep you wondering what is next. I've never been disappointed by his books.
Wow, WHAT a roller-coaster of action, twists, and suspense! I almost read this cover-to-cover without being able to put it down. An excellent Baldacci read, another in the "Camel Club" series. Read this one before you read "Stone Cold".
Fantastic book.. Great new character Annabelle introduced to the Camel Club.. I'm sure she'll be around for future books.. Lots of spin & intrigue.. Loved it!!!
Was not disappointed in the 3rd book of this series. Cannot wait to start the next one.
Entertaining story.
Excellent...a wild thrill! Great reading!!
Another great story about the Camel Club.
Great book, great author
