I love this book! It's full of spooky stories to curl up on bed with. This author is fantastic.

M.R. James is the scariest ghost story writer I've come across. He's not grotesque or violent like today's modern stories. He is able to instill in the reader a sense of horror. His writing is superb and his symbolism highly thought-provoking.
Anyone who likes good ghost stories rooted in antiquarian research should enjoy this book.
