This is the first book I have read by Carla Neggers and I am hooked.
The book moves right along, has a good mystery with a little romance which does not over shadow the mystery. There is nice depth to the characters without boring details.

It's a deadly game that someone is playing and Carine is now the center of that game. there is no one she can trust.
A suspense, romance mystery set in the New Hampshire woods. A nature photographer and a pararescuer team up to capture at least one smuggler! It goes along at a good clip. First book I've read from this author. Will read more.
Enjoyed the story. I love Carla's books!
