Great read, love anything Carla Neggers.

Suspence, romance, and the rocky Maine- what more could ask for? I HAVE READ ONE OF HER BOOKS THAT I DIDN'T LIKE.
A suspenseful thriller about a photographer who finds a dead body, and then is herself stalked. Lovely background on the mountains in Mass. around Amherst. And even lovelier love story. The ending is a bit flat, even though the thrills before it promised a wild finish.

In "Cold Ridge" Carla Neggers completes the story she began in "On The Edge". There Hank Callahn rescued Antonia Winters with the help of his buddy Tyler North. Tyler we learned had dumped Antonia's younger sister, Carine, days before their scheduled wedding. Now Carine may be in trouble after finding the dead body of a coworker at the Rancourt's estate where she has been photographing a huge renovation project. The murder may be tied to the Rancourts or to the chilling incident that brought Tyler and Carine back together a year ago. Will Carine allow Tyler to protect her while they search for the guilty parties? This sequel pulls together all the loose ends in this compelling tale.

This is a typical Carla Neggars book, and as such it doesn't disappoint. There is an interesting mix of romance and suspense to keep a reader turning pages.
Not as 'riveting' as I expected but okay.
