This was my least favorite of T. Jefferson Parker's novels but this author is so good that even his less stellar efforts still rock! He has a real ability to draw you in emotionally as well as keep you involved in the story. Check out Serpents Kiss, Blue Hour and Silent Joe.

Excellent mystery by TJ Parker whom I think is one of the best mystery authors around.

From the San Diego Union-Tribune: "The crime novels of T. Jefferson Parker have been called the thinking man's best sellers. It's a fitting description. For readers who demand intricate plots, believable characters, and beautiful prose, Parker is a sure bet, and his new novel, "Cold Pursuit", delivers on all fronts."
