I'm a fan of Christina Skye and enjoy her combination of adventure, romance and humor. This book, while good, was not as good as others in her series of publications. While trying to make her heroine look strong and independent, she sometimes also makes her look a bit stupid and impulsive as well as wishy washy. A good weekend read but forgettable.

I liked the heroine in this one -- a photographer who knits to relax. And the hero's working partner is a scene-stealing, super-smart Labrador. Good on its own, but part of an equally good series.

It was enjoyable but not a favorite. I've not read anything else in the series and I won't go out of my way to do so either. Miki is a photographer that ends up stranded on an island with a Navy SEAL and his highly trained dog. Max, the SEAL, doesn't know if she's a hostile enemy or not. The plot is thick and generally interesting, but I really didn't like the last 2 chapters. The pace at the very end seemed rushed to me and there were a few minor grammatical errors. It just didn't satisfy me all told. Honestly, the romance genre isn't my favorite, so take my view with a grain of salt; especially if you enjoy the genre. :)

Mikki is a professional photographer having a bad day. First her employer forces himself on her and threatens her career when she refuses, then she crash lands on a beautiful island with a mysterious stranger. Navy SEAL Max is on assaignment with his special canine when a beautiful stranger just happens to wash ashore. Now a hurricane's on way and this duo needs to figure out who is the bad guy and whether or not to take advantage of thier chemistry. Basic romance by a great writer, part of the Code Name series. Great light fluffy read for the beach or airplane ride.

This book was OK ... Her books are getting a little too sci-fi for me, but I did enjoy this one. Seems like it ended abruptly though.

Its an adventure from start to finish, and a little sexy stuff thrown in there too.
Fast paced, full of twists and turns; another good read by Skye!

Christina Skye is one of the best of the 'Seal' genre. This book has it all, desert island, good plot and lots of action. I love her books.
Christina Skye is a fabulous writer. If you like Nora Roberts, you'll love her. A smart contemporary character, stranded on a deserted island with a handsome Seal. Sigh.
Great adventure romance. This is the second in a series about a secret government agency and the girls they meet while out in the world. Kind of quirky, but good.

CHRISTINA SKYE SURE DOES A GOOD JOB WITH THESE SUPERNATURAL DOGS AND ENHANCED MEN. I SURE HOPE THAT SHE CONTINUES. I LAUGHED AT SOME OF THIS, TALK ABOUT MISTAKEN IDENITITY. THIS IS A VERY GOOD READ. I DID ENJOY.
