I was surprised by how many curry recipes this book included. However, I didn't notice that "curry" was prominently displayed in the title. Before each recipe, there is a color photo. However, it may not be a completed dish (but show raw ingredients, as for CREAMY COCONUT CHICKEN).
The author includes prep and cooking times, servings, calories, fat, fiber, and protein. Sometimes, the author adds a tip at the end of the recipe, suggesting how to add protein or fiber to a certain dish. This book has a surprisingly large number of breakfast recipes.
