I didnt expect to like this book, I just wanted some incentive because I recently bought some coconut oil and wanted tips on how to use it. Not only did she give tips but she helps you to understand how it works as well as general nutrition about foods so that you can maintain great health and lose weight. I really liked that she helped to explain things so simply and the effects it has on your body. For me, weight loss starts in my mind so if I know what makes up a twinkie, the less likely I'll enjoy eating that bad boy. And knowing is half the battle.
Yes this is a borderline fad diet but my suggestion is to learn the nutrition facts, and tweak out what works best for you.
I've been using the coconut oil for a week and already I have more energy and food cravings have been more controllable. Dont expect magic from this but if you stick with it, it will definitely have health AND weight benefits.
