Excellent story of a woman caught between taking care of her elderly mother and her children and dealing with her siblings and a husband who is gone most of the year. Loved Lisa Samson's writing style. Christian fiction, but not preachy. Down-to-earth real people!

Very enjoyable read!
Ths is another great read from Lisa Samson. If you've ever taken care of an elderly parent, then this book is for you. If you haven't then this book will show you what it's truly like & how difficult it can be. Lisa's characters are always so true to life, her theological comments priceless & you finish the book sad that this person isn't real because you really want to enter into her life. I highly recommend this book.
