Pretty good Napoleonic War Novel

An interesting novel of a British cavalry officer at the end of the Napoleonic wars. Things move a little slow at first, but pick up as the Battle of Waterloo approaches. The depiction of this battle is by far the best part of the book. The next best is the fumbling attempts of the officer in courting his lady-love.

I have already begun the second book in this series.
