I just noticed that someone posted this book. GRAB IT!

I have this book and I hate fish/seafood, but I love the book!! It's full of wonderful OTHERS, too. :)

Here is a sample of the introduction to one of the recipes (I love cookbooks with lots info/background of each recipe!!):

Marilyn's Pumpkin Meringue Pie

Eloise Tyler's daughter, Marilyn, makes all the pies served at the Harborside Restaurant. Her repertoire includes at least a dozen varieties, from cherry crumb to apple, so Marilyn makes her choice according to what's fresh at the market.
Just from looking at it, I knew I'd love this pie, with its light combination of spiced squash and delicately flavored meringue. I adapted the recipe slightly when I returned home, but it is true to the fat slices we dug into at the Harborside.
