If you are picking this book up because it seems to be Christian fiction.... it is NOT. The book has an overall feel of "if it feels right, do it" and has a storyline that makes pastors and religion look foolish, harsh, and stupid. Overall, I found the book to be very depressing because there is just not one person or situation in it that doesn't seem overblown and without hope. The end wraps it up too neatly (and quickly considering the amount of time "drama discussion" leading up to it). First book by this author for me and based on all of the above, will probably be the last. Too many other books out there to read to waste time on such a depressing writing style.
I good read for all book lovers.
