Wonderful follow up to The Christmas Shoes. Watch young Nathan as he goes to college and battles his loss all over again as he studies to be a doctor. Very well written.

THis is the sequel to CHristmas shoes. Nathan will never understand why his mother or Charlie died. BUt he learns to accept life as it comes. HE becomes a medical student working in the hospital and almost gives up, until he realizes that he has no control over death and dying. HE has several Christmas miracles of his own, meeting Robert Layton, the man who bought Nathan's dying mother the red shoes on Christmas Eve. Robert's CHristmas miracles, the miracles of love in his own family.This Christmas story is a great blessing to all who read it. I would rate this book a 10.

This story was a good sequel to the first book The Christmas Shoes. I did like the first book better thou. I am looking forward to reading the third book The Christmas Hope.
