I didn't find this book to be insightful or helpful. A lot of the time I felt like the author was mostly trying to brag about her child's past life experiences and behaviors.
Instead, I would suggest Dr. Jim B. Tucker's "Life Before Life" and Dr. Ian Stevenson's "Twenty Cases Suggestive of Reincarnation".
