Wonderful. Tearful. Honest. Sad. I would not recommend this for younger readers though. Teens to adults will find it facinating and difficult to put down.

The stories are from children who lived through the bombings, roundups, registrations, and more. Very detailed and honest as seen through the eyes of children.
