This is a weak 3 stars

I had high hopes of a good story but it has lots of flaws, for me

The story is over the place, starts with the missing girl, Madison, the child finder, Naomi

It goes in all directions, while she is looking for Madison this story drifts off into memories of other children she found alive or not, then it drifts off into her past when she was found, then it drifts off into her childhood with her foster brother, Jerome, then it drifts back to Madison and her captor

There are too many times I had to backtrack to know which one of the storylines I was reading, so I think it is a confusing mess and moves at a snail's pace to get to the end of the main story of Madison

I'm not saying don't read it, I'm sure a lot will like it I'm just saying beware it is a confusing mess.
