Yes, it's all of the above, but these stories are really sweet, if read in small doses. I like to read the shorter ones to my students so they can see life is not all about Grand Theft Auto and Cell Phones and MTV and cans of Red Bull: it's about helping others, feeling happy, and being caring and concerned young adults.

I really love all the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. The stories are heartwarming and lift my spirits up every time I read them. My husband uses the stories sometimes in his teachings at his job at a rescue mission. Great book!
