An enjoyable read. Love the characters and the animals. It has romance without long, gratuitous sex scenes

Delightful chick-lit read. When Kat learns she has been named as beneficiary in her aunt's will, with stipulations, little did she know how much her life would change. She travels to Alpine Grove to see the house she has inherited as long as she agrees to live there and care for her aunt's menagerie of cats & dogs. The house is in dire need of repairs and the animals are plentiful. Twists and turns abound! I will say the ending seemed a little rushed, but overall a very cute story!
