This is one of my favorite books of the Julie series. It is about standing up for what you believe in and standing up for what is right. Julie wants to make a difference in her school and though failure seemed likely she did not give up.
The historical section in the back covers topics such as woman in politics and children with disabilities being allowed to attend school with other children. I found this book entertaining as well as educational.
