Chakra Foods for Optimum Health
A Guide to the Foods that can Improve Your Energy,
Inspire Creative Changes, Open Your Heart,
And Heal Body, Mind, and Spirit
by Deanna M. Minich, Ph.D., C.N.
I learned a lot from reviewing this great 265 page helper. It made sense for me in a big way because I knew my body was made up from energy and that food is made up from energy so it stands to reason that the right energies combined would make a healthier more vibrant me, and the wrong ones could cause blockages and dis-ease.
Along with the astounding and immense information about how everything blends together, even down to the chakras they connect through, even food colors make a difference. I was able to see some well presented graphs that summed it all up for me and helped me to see at a glance which disease and foods were connected to the different chakras and what food would help free up the flow. I would recommend this exceptionally beneficial teacher to absolutely everyone, because it does put a new spin on the saying, you are what you eat. Thanks Deanna, for giving us so much food for thought.
