I liked the idea of futuristic meets ancient in this book, and the overall story is pretty good. What I didn't like was the uneven development of characters.

I know, I know, that's not really what people read these books for. I get it. But with the effort that went into the storyline, I wasn't expecting the female main character to get short-changed in the motivation department to keep the story moving.

This didn't bother me a lot, though. Good book. I gave it three and a half stars.

This wasn't a bad story. The character development is lacking and the story could have used another 100 pages to really bring everything together. I would recommend reading it if you are into erotica and m/m or m/f/m reading, but go into it understanding you may not get warm fuzzies from the threesome and that the character development is lacking.
