Alice a former actress, now cat sitter has taken up amateur sleuthing. Her best friend and her husband are murdered. Alice knows it is someone in her circle of friends but not who. She has a lot of suspicions but nothing tangible until her friend a police officer tell her that a friend in her circle has a violent past. Alice becomes the police decoy in a game of life and death.
