Great book for learning how to create a shadowed look for the blocks you've sewn. I love optical illusion art, and quilts, and this author is a genious at giving a "depth" to ordinary blocks by using a fabric or paint "shadow" to make them look like they're floating.
But the best thing about this book is that the look is so easy to create. I'm eager to get started on one of these quilt blocks right away.
