As a motivational speaker, Kiyosaki is excellent. As a mentor for practical and applicable knowledge, he is not. Do some research on him and see if he actually knows anything...

Great book for changing your mindset on how to think like an entrepreneur.
My book has a different ISBN# then the one I listed but it is the same book put out by Quickstar(Amway)resources.
I enjoyed this book and learned alot from it. And I think anyone interested in working their own home based business will enjoy it as well.

If you're trying to come up with a process to make some money, this is a great place to start. It doesn't give you a business plan but rather outlines the steps you need to pursue to start the money rolling in. Very interesting and enlightening.

great book to find out how money works you and how you can work money. you will want to throw the book against the wall at times, and kiss it at others. It's worth the time to read if you want to find a way out of the "rat race."

I had to take quite a bit of time to understand the gist of this book. I don't think it is as simple as he makes it sound. But we have enjoyed his game."CashFlow, that will teach you what he is saying via a board game The bottom line is you do not have to be rich to leverage your money, but you do have to save and invest.
