Wayne Dyer was very easy to understand and follow. Loved that portion of the first two disk. The second portion was a little harder to follow, Caroline Myss seemed to jump around alot and not explain herself well. I like her books much better as they are easier to follow and are full of great and relevant eye opening information some of those ah ha moments. Tanya
